Every time you choose love, you are changing your physicality and growing new strands of DNA. Every time you consciously do what makes your heart sing. Every time you are in the is-ness of joy, the is-ness of love. That which be the children being birthed in this timing- not all, but many- are being birthed with this new DNA.
