I shall be offering this evening an exercise, for it is difficult to be recognizing of alternate channels, and understanding the transmission which is occurring upon alternate channels, when you do not tune completely to the one channel that holds your attention. Your focus is blurred. You believe that your attention is directed and clear within the channel that you view; your objective attention; but you shall perceive soon just how blurred your attention truly is!
We have incorporated discussion of your outer senses, as you view them; their function and how you create them. Within this exercise, we shall be focusing upon these senses; for until you learn to tune your attention clearly, you will not understand the interaction that you may view within alternate channels. You may tune to these other channels, but they will appear even less clear and confusing to you than the channel that you are attentive to within your waking consciousness. Therefore, I shall direct you within an exercise.
I shall briefly first explain to you that just as we have spoken previously of the connections within consciousness of many individuals en masse, and how they are affecting of each other continuously, your alternate focuses are continuously affecting of your private personal expression. Within your individual pools of probabilities and alternate selves, you are continuously interacting and affecting of each other; just as the analogy was presented to you of the flower, and the color, and the greeting card. Within different areas of location and different individuals seeming to be not connected to each other, they connect within consciousness and are affecting of each other.
In this same manner, very directly and continuously, your alternate channels are continuously affecting of you. You do not recognize this affectingness, but you do, at times, recognize elements which you would view to be out of the ordinary; small activities or noticings; small; that you ignore. These are each direct affectingness of alternate probabilities and selves; your other channels. They are translated differently.
You may incorporate one channel as a housewife, and within a daily scenario, you may be engaged in a very mundane activity of dusting. Within this activity, you merrily dust your house, and approach a stand upon which sits your family bible. Within one moment, you lift this bible to dust underneath the object, replacing it and continuing with your activity. Upon another alternate channel, a religious focus program is running. The religious program has directly affected the action of lifting the book. This may seem not to be a profound affectingness, but it is a small example of the many, many, many activities and ways that each channel intersects with each other continuously, within every moment.
As I have stated, it is important that you view the one channel that holds your directed attention clearly. In this, I shall instruct you within our exercise. Within the beginning elements of this exercise, I shall be asking you to be holding your field of vision; not closing eyes; for you are tuning to this attention, this station, this channel. You are noticing and allowing clarity of this channel. Therefore, the purpose is not to be altering your state.
Allow your vision to be as clear as it may possibly be.In this, I will ask you to sit comfortably. Focus upon any given object within your room, but do not concentrate intensely upon this object. Allow for your vision to normally encompass the entirety of the room, with one main focal point. Do not strain, and do not force yourselves to be concentrating very hard upon any given object. In this, now tune your consciousness to your senses. Notice your vision. Allow your vision to be as clear as it may possibly be. Tune to your hearing. Notice all of the sounds that occur. Many sounds are occurring that you automatically tune out and pay little attention to. Notice your body; your physical feelings; your body temperature. Notice your sense of touch. The air touches your skin continuously. Your clothing touches your skin. These are all elements that are a part of the clarity of your focus, to which you pay little attention to. Notice smells. You pay little attention to your sense of smell throughout your individual, mundane day. Notice your sense of taste. You view that if you are not consuming something, you are not tasting anything. Your senses are highly tuned, and respond regardless. They incorporate continuous stimulation. You only choose to not be clear upon these senses.
Take a moment to concentrate, unstrained, upon the activity of all of these senses that you incorporate throughout every moment of your physical focus. (Here, there is a ninety second pause)
Now, I will be instructing each of you to be closing your eyes and allowing your attention to drift. Do not be focusing upon your outer senses, so to speak. Allow yourself to feel comfortable, and calm, and quiet. (Here, there is a thirty second pause) Enough drifting!
I shall be instructing you to be practicing this exercise three times within each of your daysYou will notice that with your eyes closed, you will drift. You have experienced, within your attempts at meditation at times, difficulty in holding your focus. You experience, much of your time within your dream state, an inability to hold your focus and manipulate within that focus. This exercise of tuning your directed attention, your consciousness which is tuned to this channel, will be very helpful to you in instructional areas of developing your ability to be manipulating within alternate channels. Altered states, as you term these, are all alternate channels. If you hold the ability to consciously manipulate within the consciousness that holds your attention, you will more easily learn to manipulate and understand within alternate channels of consciousness. Therefore, throughout this week, until our next meeting, I shall offer you the opportunity for what you would term to be homework! I shall be instructing you to be practicing this exercise three times within each of your days. You may incorporate this exercise at any given moment, for your eyes are open, and you are attentive to all those individuals around you and also any activity that you may be engaging, for you are tuning your consciousness more clearly. You are not drifting. You are not placing yourself into an altered state. Therefore, this exercise will not be interrupting of your normal activity.
Also, within your exercise of clarity, add to this exercise … as you are all accomplishing so very well! Within your energy centers, engage two energy centers. Mingle these energy centers as they radiate and envision these, within your clarity, moving around your body, up and down, as hoops. In this, notice your sense of touch. Notice your feeling of your skin as your energy centers radiate and move up and down your body.
In this, I shall be waiting for your descriptions of what you notice, for your noticing shall not only be a sensation of movement against your skin, up and down your body. You shall experience, if you are noticing and clear, different sensations dependent upon which energy centers you choose to be engaging, for they shall be affecting of different elements of your physical expression. These exercises are offered to you not as time consumers. They are offered to you to allow you the opportunity to be clear within your manifestation within physical focus, and be appreciating of your creative power.
Stell Dir einen großen, alleinstehenden Baum vor, dessen Krone nicht nur in den Himmel wächst, sondern auch nach unten in die Erde. Geh nun zu diesem Baum, finde eine Öffnung und klettere solange nach unten, bis Du an eine Waldlichtung kommst. Setze Dich dort auf den Boden oder auf einen herumliegenden Baumstamm und warte, bis sich Dir ein Tier nähert.
Dieses Tier, das aus dem Dickicht des Waldes, aus der Luft oder aus dem Boden zu Dir kommt, ist sozusagen Dein Totemtier. Du kannst Dich mit ihm unterhalten, es als Botschafter ausschicken oder es einfach so als einen zeitweiligen Begleiter betrachten. Es symbolisiert Deine Verbindung zur Erde mit all den Fähigkeiten, die ein „göttliches“ Tier besitzt. Wenn das Treffen beendet ist, bedanke Dich bei diesem Tier und klettere wieder nach oben auf die Erde. Dort angekommen ist es hilfreich, eine Geste oder Bewegung auszuführen, die einen Bezug zu dem getroffenen Tier hat.
Ab da kann man das Tier treffen, wann immer man Lust und Muße hat. Dieses Totem-Tier kann ein Leben lang bleiben, oder nur solange man es braucht oder wünscht. Es ist auch möglich, mehrere Begleiter zu haben, aber nur so viele, dass Zeit für gelegentliche Treffen bleibt. Auch Kinder haben sehr viel Spaß an dieser Übung und es steigert ihr Vertrauen in sie selber.
Totems sind tierische Schutz -und Hilfsgeister, Verbindungen zwischen Himmel und Erde, d,.h., es sind Persönlichkeitsteile, deren Kraft abgerufen werden kann und diese Kraft ist die Sicherheit der Instinkte. Alle Völker haben eine Mythologie über die heilige Kraft von Tieren. Das geht bis hin zum Tiermenschen und wird z.B. in der griechischen Mythologie in vielen Formen überliefert.
Motivation – Personal Growth – Self-Creation
The question is rather why not? If we suppose, that the world is created from „inside“ – and all speaks in favour of this – then it is imperativ to know one self and to uncover the own far-reaching abilities.
The more and more complex and accelerating world asks for a global overview and fast actions. It needs a readiness and openness for new situations and multiple events. This readiness and openness is only possible, if the personality is growing as fast as the complexity of the world – even faster – if not, stress and overburden are programmed.
The easiest way to release the own potential are activation rituals which open the door to the own self. This activation ritual is imagination, the force of vision, which is the bridging between „inside“ and „outside“, between the intention and the experience of it.
Everybody has already all abilities. The point is, to use them, to practice it, which is often not the case in the day to day doing. Seminars and coaching are an occasion to remember and – most of all – to practice, to install new, more sophisticated mental tools.
I offer a method – just another word for ritual – to free and develop the innovative abilities and increase dramatically the overview and orientation for yourself and therefore also for others. The only premise is „to know not to know“ and this famous sentence of Socrates relates of course to the undiscovered Human Ressources of emotions, intuitions and inspirations – of knowing – and these Ressources are wisdom and
Pretend that Niagara Falls is your source of supply.
That all of your Well-being flows from that source. Pretend that that source is yours alone to utilize.
As you stand there on the shore overlooking that awesome flow, you would not feel lack, for you would understand that in one hundred lifetimes you could not begin to make a dent in that amazing supply. Accept that the stream of Well-being that flows to you from Non-physical is never-ending – and in that remembered knowing, you will once again be in vibrational harmony with abundance.
This is a great exercise from Abraham and helps FEELING the abundance, as if it were already realized. And it is also a statement about the availability of all ressources for each indiviual. There ist nothing to be shared – everybody owns everything – if it is allowed…
Of course, you can choose your prefered waterfall!

Nimm einmal an, die Niagarafälle wären deine Ressourcen und dass all dein Wohlergehen von dieser Quelle kommt. Nimm an, dass diese Quelle allein dir zur Verfügung steht. Wenn du am Ufer stehst und diesen wunderbaren Fluss siehst, würdest du keine Mangel fühlen, denn du würdest verstehen, dass du auch in hundert Leben nichts von dieser erstaunlichen Quelle wegnehmen könntest. Akzeptiere, dass der Fluß an Wohlergehen, der von der nichtphysischen Quelle kommt, nie endet – und in diesem erinnerten Wissen wirst du wieder in Harmonie mit der Frequenz des Überflusses sein.
Das ist eine großartige Übung von Abraham und hilft definitiv, den Überfluss zu fühlen – so, als ob er schon realisiert wäre. Außerdem ist es eine Aussage über die Verfügbarkeit aller Ressourcen für jedes Individuum. Es gibt nichts zu teilen. Jeder besitzt alles, wenn es zugelassen werden kann.
Natürlich kann man seinen liebsten Wasserfall wählen!
Each of you manifests within any focus of attention – which is what you are physically now – in an expression of individuality and a highly expressed manifestation of uniqueness, and what creates your reality is your perception. Therefore, I have stated recently, it matters not what you are creating physically within your reality – be it an action, be it an interaction with another individual or a situation or even with yourself, be it a physical creation of any element of physical matter, be it an encounter of physical outer senses with what you have created within your physical dimension, such as your trees, your mountains, your rivers, your oceans, any creatures – ANY element within your physical reality that you view to be an expression of objective physical manifestation matters not.
What holds importance is your perception of that, for your perception holds the ability to physically alter ANY element that you design within your physical reality, even a planet, a star, an atmosphere, a mountain, a rock. ANY element that you perceive in your reality may be instantly reconfigured to be precisely expressed in a different form dependent upon your attention which is projected through your perception, for your perception IS the element of your reality which creates your reality.
Therefore, within one moment you may view a structure that you identify as a house, and within the next moment, you may physically fix your vision upon that very same object and it may appear to you to be an elephant, and it shall be, within that moment. This is not trickery of your physical vision. This is not a configuration of imagination. This is the configuration of your perception, and what you perceive IS your reality. Elias
Dieser Ansatz zur Konfliktlösung entspricht nicht ganz den teuer angebotenen Lösungen im Seminargeschäft, aber er ist einfach, schnell und wirkt Wunder. Konflikte entstehen hauptsächlich, weil die eigenen Wünsche oder Meinungen scheinbar nicht durchsetzbar sind. Die Verantwortung dafür wird gerne auf andere Menschen projiziert – den Chef, den Ehepartner, die Kollegen… Dabei ist jeder Konflikt – JEDER – ausschließlich selbstgemacht.
Das Wundermittel, um die Konflikte aufzulösen und die Manifestation des Gewünschten zu beschleunigen ist Liebe zu sich selbst, Wertschätzung seiner Selbst. Nur wer sich liebt und selber schätzt kann die Energie frei fließen lassen. Wer sich nicht liebt und nicht akzeptiert wird ein Leben im Konflikt verbringen und sich in Schuldzuweisungen verausgaben. Er wird gegen die Windmühlen seiner Überzeugungen kämpfen und Kampf ist gewissermaßen verschwendete Energie, denn alles, was man bekämpft, verstärkt sich.
Elias schlägt eine kleine Übung vor, um den immensen und gleichzeitig fragilen Selbstwert zu zu fühlen:
Ich biete euch eine Übung an, welche hilft, den rauhen Umgang und Kampf mit deiner Energie aufzulösen. Visualisiere einen sehr kleine Vogel, einen farbenfrohen sehr kleinen Vogel. Halte in dieser Visualisierung den kleinen farbenfrohen Vogel in deiner Hand und erlaube dir, indem du diesen kleinen Vogel hältst, deine eigene Freundlichkeit und Sanftheit zu spüren. Erlaube dir, die Zerbrechlichkeit dieses winzigen Vogels zu spüren und erfahre deine Sanftheit in diesem Halten. Dieser kleine Vogel bist du. Durch diese Aktion wirst du deine eigene Sanftheit erfahren.
Mache diese Aktion mehrmals täglich, ungefähr 12 Tage lang. Das wird die Härte, mit der du dich selbst behandelst, unterbrechen. Es wird auch eine heilende Energie freisetzen, denn es wird dir erlauben, dich zu entspannen und freundlich zu dir zu sein und kann dadurch auch körperliche Beschwerden lindern.
For the moment, taking your index finger in the right hand, you can utilize it to gently touch various areas in the four different sectors of the body. Firstly to establish a flow of energy and in this you would follow this procedure: taking your right index finger, you would gently touch just above or on your pubic bone, or pelvic bone if you prefer and then, you would, using the same fingertip, touch in the area at the very bottom of the sternum. This is the Water center. You can move up to the air center by touching the area right below the throat where the breastplate begins, right below the two small protrusions of the breastbone or collarbone if you wish. There is a sensitive area right in this spot.
Next you would touch the right cheekbone below the eye, from there you would touch just above and between the two eyes where the nose bone meets the two eyebrows. There is a slight sensitive spot there it has nothing to do with what you call your third eye. Get your fingers out of your eye! And hopefully not in your nose! And from there approximately the very top center of your head, another sensitive area….and from there on the right side, the back of the head where the neck tendon goes into the base of the skull, you have a small bony protrusion. Gently touch that area and then the bony protrusion behind your right ear. And rest your lovely right hand and finger.
Even right now, you might even be feeling a mild passive state, somewhat relaxed, but definitely aware of each of those parts of the body you have touched and specifically the fingertip.
Now, whenever you are perceiving that the flow of your energies are imbalanced, or you need to take a step back to examine the situation, you need to establish harmony within yourself, you can definitely use this simple process to establish equilibrium and even a slight detached, removed-from-the-immediate-situation state which can give you the opportunity to change your perspective. Carefully acknowledge, address and accept your situation and change your concentration, thus altering your perspective.
